How to do SELF INTROSPECTION from home

SSB is a dedicated process of selection for the defense aspirants and they get their dream jobs of Indian Navy, Army and Air-force through it. SSB is the only exam which judges personality more than knowledge. This is done through a five day process where three different assessment techniques are used to assess the personality and the officer like qualities of the aspirants for the train-ability in the academy.

There is a lot of information flowing across the online media which usually affects the preparation of the aspirants as they done realize many times that the source of information is not authentic always and they believe in myths of SSB. There of thousand of myth flying across the country as there is no control on the flow of information. Aspirants also tend to work in wrong direction while preparing for SSB as they don't have the right guidance at hand. Lets discuss the right way for preparing for SSB:

1) Always start in time and don't wait for your call letter as they are just send 15-20 days in advance. Once you have an indication for success, start working.
2) A minimum of 2-3 month of time would be ideal for preparation for SSB as one need to work on personality and it takes time for improvement. There are centers that would guarantee you to do this in 10-15 day course, which is never possible.
3) First thing should be done first. Before practicing for rounds prefer understanding your personality as that would derive your answers for all the situations. For understanding personality in the best possible way, self introspection is the best known technique. Do it and then work on your action plan.
4) Once introspection is complete then comes practicing for various rounds of SSB and evaluating it to see if the results of self introspection and the things written / performed in SSB are same or not. Reflections and the reality should overlap as they are for the same personality.

This is the way one should ideally prepare. We have seen aspirants going the other way round. As they get the call, they start looking for online ready-made solutions which might not justify their personality ever but they learn them by heart and try to fit them in all situation in SSB and thats why the rejection ratios are high. To help aspirants and to provide them the right guidance, we are always there as a group. SSB vision has dedicatedly kept 2 hours everyday for the aspirants where they can ask their queries and get it resolved free of cost. Every aspirant can take advantage of it by dropping mail personally of by connecting over facebook or the group.

The traditional way of studying life by dividing into sections and then extracting qualities out of it was told in detail. The modern approach is through the psychometric profiling. In this technique scientific questionnaires are used to analyse the personality. In the mentorship program offered by SSB vision we blend both the techniques to analyse the personality so that we give accurate analysis of personality to the aspirant. Once you know your weakness then only you would be able to work on them and mention the same in SD or PI.

Recently SSB vision completed two successful years.as a gesture to the family members and on demand the team decided to offer self introspection package at lowest rates in the market. The details can be seen in the picture below. We follow both the traditional and modern approach for providing the best profiles to the aspirants that can help them achieve their goal.
